Title: Compensation/Recruiting Associate
Location: 8695 Spectrum Center Blvd, San Diego, CA 92123
Duration: 13 Weeks contract to start/potential extension depending upon business needs
Work Hours: M-F, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)

Coordinate with Sharp Healthcare’s Compensation and Talent Acquisition departments to review and calculate the years of experience
The Compensation/Recruiting Associate will support the Talent Acquisition Department and Compensation Department by directly supporting Talent Acquisition specialists and Compensation Specialists with various reporting functions, data collection, and administrative tasks. With the candidate experience top of mind, the Compensation/Recruiting Associate will also be responsible for interdepartmental tasks that will require partnership with the Sharp Healthcare, Talent Hub, HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll.
Duties:
Part 1: Project adding years of experience to HRIS
Part 2: Workers reviewing the information that was added, they have 30 days to submit a request for review, supporting documents.
Candidates will go through full training
Will have recruitment team as an available resource
Deliver the Sharp experience to both internal and external customers
Provides consistent, accurate and thorough communications with the appropriate individuals
Collaborates with appropriate resources to ensure intended results are implemented
Maintains consistent process across all areas of responsibility
Escalates any issues and proposed changes withing guidelines and/or as appropriate
Administrative/Organizational Support:
Coordinate with Sharp Healthcare’s Compensation and Talent Acquisition departments to review and calculate the years of experience
Be knowledgeable of all pertinent Sharp Healthcare Human Resources and Recruitment policies and procedures.
Support reporting functions, including but not limited to, new employee incentive tracking and audits
Data collection and strategic projects

Maintains confidentiality in regard to records, files, conversations or other sources of confidential information
Document Management:
Organize and maintain departmental records, documents and correspondence
Skills Needed:
· Must work independently
· HR or Recruitment background – identifying relevant experience
· Critical thinking and analytical skills
· 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
· Excel experience required
· Workday experience preferred
