Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst in Dallas, TX. The Litigation Support Analyst collaborates closely with legal teams to address eDiscovery challenges and ensure efficient document review and production processes. This role involves providing technical support, assisting with discovery projects, managing litigation databases, training end users on software, and working with vendors. This opportunity is full time, hybrid after training, and direct hire.
Essential Duties:- Serve as the primary technical support contact for legal teams
- Assist attorneys and paralegals in planning and executing discovery projects
- Manage document review projects, including the use of Predictive Coding and AI tools
- Build and maintain litigation databases, including manipulating load files
- Provide status reports to legal teams as needed
- Assist in preparing documents for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Provide "hot seat" courtroom presentation support when required
- Collaborate with vendors and other external parties as necessary
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a litigation environment managing electronic discovery projects
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery concepts and the EDRM framework
- Proficiency with tools such as Disco, Everlaw, Opus2, CaseMap, Reveal, and/or Relativity required
- Experience with OnCue or Trial Director required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and/or Excel or similar programs
- Experience creating demonstrative exhibits such as timelines and charts in PowerPoint and as large printed exhibits
- A desire to continuously learn and adapt to rapidly changing technology
Salary Range: $87,000-$92,000
