Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr
Key job responsibilities:
- Process ordering for covering launches, retrofits, and ad-hoc requests for NA Last Mile
- Create purchase requisitions/purchase orders forpu new launches, retrofits, and ad-hoc initiatives
- Get tracking and order fulfillment status with suppliers
- Revise all purchase orders for change orders to ensure on time in full delivery
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding proposed alternates due to discontinued/backordered products
- Report weekly/monthly item backorders/pricing changes to GPO and Sourcing Team
- Submit orders for LC shipments to site
- Resolve invoice holds
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of material planning experience, either in purchasing, inventory or sourcing
- Experienced with ERP/MRP systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proactive learner and high business acumen for problem solving
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Experienced working with MS Office & Excel
- Excellent project management, coordination and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain
- Material planning experience of working with suppliers
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solve, handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt quickly to departmental changes and conditions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership, peers and team members
- Ability to implement and document processes
- Supply Chain/Project Management/Program Management certification
