Purchasing Coordinator in
Aurora, CO. Great Company Culture/Entry Level/ Overtime available
As a
Purchasing Coordinator you will:
- Makes purchasing decisions based on supplier availability, price, customer needs, and business policy.
- Identify purchasing for products in support of customer requests in a timely manner.
- Review quote and purchasing of parts and boards on a per job basis.
- Maintain productivity measurements including number of booked jobs completed per day, cycle time, and buy/quote ratio.
- Communicate performance expectations and provide qualitative feedback to Purchasing Manager regarding performance of suppliers.
- Support gross profit goals by negotiating and controlling product costs, lead times, freight terms and purchase quantity requirements.
- Purchase/source parts needed to complete the build of the product using the customers approved BOM and purchasing procedures.
- Maintain and follow up on RMA parts and returns to the vendor.
This is a
full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate
Purchasing Coordinator will have:
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Office.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organization skills
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Pay Rate: <$19.00per hour> *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
