Emulation EngineerWe are seeking an experienced
Emulation Engineer to support and enhance emulation environments for custom SoCs in next-generation products. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining emulation environments, managing design compilations, configuring regression tests, debugging test cases, performing coverage analysis, and reporting on metrics and statuses. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively and experience integrating designs into Synopsys ZeBu. A solid foundation in verification methodologies, Verilog, C/C++, and Python is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain emulation environments to verify and validate custom SoCs.
- Set up, enhance, and manage design compilation and regression test environments.
- Debug test cases, identify root causes of issues, and provide detailed analysis.
- Perform coverage analysis and provide regular metric and status reports.
- Integrate new designs into Synopsys ZeBu and manage related verification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance standards.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4+ years in emulation, with experience in both In-Circuit Emulation and Co-simulation (Synopsys ZeBu preferred).
- Strong skills in writing test benches, regression scripts, and debugging in a complex emulation environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Verilog, C/C++, Python, and UNIX.
- Familiarity with speed bridge integrations (PCIe, Ethernet, UART, JTAG, DDR) in emulation environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of SoC architecture and logic design is a plus.
Estimated Min Rate: $90.00
Estimated Max Rate: $95.00
