Accounts Payable Clerk in Torrance, CA.
As an
Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:
- Manage the full cycle processing of A/P invoices and expense reports.
- Match, batch, code, and enter invoices into the system accurately.
- Cut A/P checks weekly and on the 1st of the month.
- Resolve A/P issues with the receiving department and vendors.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and prepare A/P accruals for month-end closing.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Perform ad hoc analysis in Excel as required.
The ideal candidate will have:- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics software (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
