Computer Specialist

Pay From: $35.00 per hour

MUST:
Experienced Computer Specialist
8+ years of computer experience in at least two of the following disciplines: system analysis, system programming, application programming, and equipment analysis.
5+ years of experience either as a computer hardware or systems software specialist
1+ year of experience deploying a law enforcement CAD, RMS, and Mobile system.
Bachelors Degree Required

DUTIES:
Analyze new systems and upgrades
Test new configurations and systems
Modify settings or replace faulty components
Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements
Assist users by phone, email, or in-person
Inform managers and team members of major problems or recurring concerns
Diagnose and resolve computer problems, including hardware and software issues
Set up and configure new systems and hardware
Perform routine and disaster recovery maintenance on networks
Educate users on how to use new software and hardware
Create technical documentation and records of problems and solutions
