3rd Shift Maintenance Tech in
Bartlett, IL. Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance TechLocation: Bartlett, ILShift Time: 3rd ShiftDuration: Full-time This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech you will:Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
- Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
- Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance around the building.
- Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
- Work on low-voltage electrical issues
- Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
- Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
- 1-2 years of related experience in packing machines/production machines with specific experience in
- Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Compliance and understanding of safety rules and regulations by participating in annual training.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and other shifts as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently and in a team setting.
Pay Rate: $30-$38/hour (depends on how many years of experience) *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
