Coverage Needed:

ASAP - July 2025
Shift times: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6am

Clinical Information:

Census:140 ED visits/day
Daily admissions: 40%
Mix and high acuity, Typical high acuity ER
Level 2 trauma
Comprehensive stroke
Separate peds ER
OB on-site with its own OB ED
Support Staff: 40 hours of physician coverage, 41 of APP
EM physicians typically on staff per shift: 2

Required:

DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
Current Flu Vaccine
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
Board Certified in ABEM
Required Procedures: All ED relevant procedures
Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
