Remote Telehealth Psychiatry Locum Tenens Job in Southern California
Details/Requirements:
Child/adolescent PHP/IOP coverage for patients with eating disorders for a guaranteed five hours a week starting 12/23/24 - 12/27/24 providing remote tele-psychiatry services via ZOOM.
Guaranteed 5 hours work per week, including onsite hours, text and phone hours when the facility reaches out with patient-related questions.
Average census is 6 patients.
Eating disorder experience preferred, not required. Client specializes in eating disorders for males and females ages 10-18.
Will consider adult Psychiatrists who are experienced with children/adolescents ages 10 and up.
Flexible regarding days and hours worked between 11am-7pm Monday through Friday.
Thirty minutes for medication follow ups and one hour for new admissions.
Credentialing includes a TB test, drug test, and physical exam and a criminal background check which are required.
Initial assessments need to be done within 7 days of a patient presenting to the program.
Electronic medical record system, so you must be computer savvy.
