Primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinates all mortgage lending operations and activities, such as processing applications and scoring credit, within an organization to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies.
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies overall operational systems and procedures relevant to the mortgage lending function.
- Performs traditional mortgage operations and functions, such as processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing, within the mortgage lending operations area; coordinates these activities with other functional areas (e.g. legal services).
- Supervises borrowers, brokers, and internal partners to deliver services and meet customer needs.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Tentative start date 01/21/2025
- Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily Monday-Friday 1st shift.
- One or more years of customer service or sales experience.
- High School/GED
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM for the first 8 weeks of training
- Post training, Monday - Friday 10 AM to 7 PM OR 10:30AM- 7:30PM
This role will be on site in Irving, TX
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Start date: January 21st 2025
