Trust & Safety Policy Analyst Looking for a solid trust and safety analyst to join a team and use their expertise in policy assessment to review comprehensive policies. This person will need to be comfortable working with highly sensitive, offensive, and non-routine information in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. This person should have a background and understanding of policy assessment for large organizations with web-based presences. This position will require someone to be self-motivated and driven and require minimal hand holding.
Required: Strong background in policy assessment and be comfortable reviewing offensive text.
Strong understanding of safety classifiers and experience testing the existing classifiers while assessing if materials meet the policy criteria.
Strong communication skills written, verbal and visualizations.
Strong ability to stay motivated while performing repetitive assessment tasks.
Advanced problem-solving abilities with great judgement, and decision-making tactics.
Ability to effectively navigate both strategic and tactical objectives.
Track record of identifying & analyzing improvements for the business and improving the customers experience all while driving efficiency higher.
Pluses: Have experience and understanding of CX (Customer Experience).
Estimated Min Rate: $20
Estimated Max Rate: $25
