The Marketing Data & Audience Strategy team is hiring a Chief of Staff who is experienced in MarTech and marketing Analytics to join our team.

This role will support the leaders running many cross-functional programs within the organization to help operationalize key marketing tech and data initiatives.

This role involves program management of cross-departmental projects, optimizing internal processes, acting as a bridge between stakeholders.

The CoS plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of communication, driving key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key tasks include:

Strategic planning: Development of the goals and key performance indicators within the team

Thought Leadership: This individual should be able to work on their own with minimum guidance and be a thought leader in marketing strategy.

Cross-functional program management: Agenda setting, coordination of special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and delivery of key outcomes.
