How you will make an impact as an Assisted Living Director: As an Assisted Living Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.
Schedule: - Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
- No onsite holidays
- Rotating MOD weekend
Requirements: - Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required)
- Management experience (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in long-term care (Preferred)
- High school diploma (Required)
- Bachelors degree (Preferred)
- VA Medication Certification Course (Preferred)
