Production Operations Manager
Location: Coppell, TX
Schedule: Fully onsite
Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hr
Top skills: Previous experience in production line management.
Ability to analyze and report the progress result of production management.
Knowledge of PC skills, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organization and mathematical skills
Responsibilities: Direct the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production and distribution of the company's products.
Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties.
Determine employment requirements as well as interviews and hires prospective employees.
An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees.
Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers.
Responsible for managing the performance of the employees such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifies goods and services to be sold.
Supervise the remodeling of current the amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.
Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.
Plan and distribute daily/weekly input and shipping plan of repair production line.
Monitor and ensure the execution of the plan.
Review and conduct self-assessment on overall process of operation.
Monitor process execution and ensure alignment with standard process documents.
Compile weekly/monthly repair production report.
Manage a long-term, customer focused plan, create timeline and define key success indicators that support organizational goals.
Report on critical performance metrics on a routine basis.
Coordinate and develop cooperation and support from key business owners and stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to roll out new processes.
Ensure inter-department priorities are aligned and make sure that management group has all information for making decisions.
Oversee, lead and participate in projects meetings with other departments.
Ensure completion of tasks and seek the final decision from management.
