JOB SUMMARY:

A Paralegal shall work to protect the company in all legal matters. They shall be responsible for case planning, development, and management; conducting legal research, fact gathering, and information retrieval; drafting correspondence, pleadings, and document responses; and analyzing and summarizing legal and case documents. The Paralegal shall work closely with the company’s Legal Department and Brand Protection Department to effectively carry out its duties. Monitoring and reportorial requirements must also be submitted as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 2nd year in Bachelor of Laws/ Juris Doctor
Experience in a law firm is an advantage
Up-to-date knowledge of Philippine law
Deadline conscious
