I am interested in customer service opportunities that allow me to use my strong communication and people skills in a remote/work-from-home environment. With more than 10 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, and client engagement, I have developed a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and delivering excellent service over the phone.
In my current role, I regularly make and receive calls, conduct interviews, and provide support to candidates and colleagues. I am highly skilled in active listening, note-taking, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and clarity. My background also includes mentoring, facilitating meetings, and building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which has strengthened my ability to connect with people and provide thoughtful assistance.
