About the role

Join us as a Service Delivery Manager (Hybrid) in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment combining remote and in-office work.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of services to key clients
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
Monitor and report on service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Proactively manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Develop and implement service delivery processes and best practices
Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals

What we're looking for

8+ years' experience in a service delivery role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Proficient in using project management tools and software
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
