About the role
Join us as a Service Delivery Manager (Hybrid) in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment combining remote and in-office work.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of services to key clients
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Proactively manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement service delivery processes and best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals
What we're looking for
- 8+ years' experience in a service delivery role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
