We are seeking a candidate with online bidding experience in Web IT, who generates leads through different platforms. The person will be responsible for obtaining leads (Graphics / Web Development / Digital Marketing / SEO) from various portals and helping the company grow and build offshore clients.

Responsibilities:

Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
Dealing with international clients.
Identifying new leads.
Developing proposal documents to facilitate bidding processes.
Managing & coordinating information within the team to arrive at an accurate bid.
Developing, maintaining, and providing feedback for customer process documentation.
Communicating effectively both in verbal and written form, as well as having an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication (Mandatory).
Exploring and developing new business opportunities and understanding client requirements and acquisition.
Communicating new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.

Skills required:

Must have practical knowledge of different bidding portals like UPWORK, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, Guru, and Email Marketing.
Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have knowledge of Web Development Companies.
Candidates should be able to find new clients, get deals finalized, and coordinate with the technical team on deliverables.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
Sound knowledge of IT terminologies like Web Development, SEO/Digital Marketing.
IT background preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar is preferred.
Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.
Should be proactive and have excellent convincing skills.
