Qualification Requirements

Education : BSBA Marketing Management / BS Customs Administration/ Related courses

Experience : At least 1 year related experience in Sales

Skills : Customer and Human Relations, Communication and Negotiating skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve the sales target given by the Sales Manager
Responsible on securing and maintaining a set of new and existing direct accounts through regular telemarketing, sourcing out sales leads, doing sales calls, developing other business modes and handling critical shipping troubleshoots.
Solicits income and volume contribution from clients for the company's various services - export, import, airfreight, customs processing, trucking, warehousing, breakbulk/project cargoes, domestic, etc.
Attends and participates in sales conference, exhibits and trade shows for networking and market development purposes.
To establish long-term strategic partnership with clients. Initiates and promotes customer bonding by promoting trust-based relationship selling approach with customers.
To make sure all payments are collected in time.
Monitors own gross profit and assist on collection.
Recommends credit facilities for applicable clients.
To make sure that all required reports such as monthly income production report, cost-profit analyses per booking and weekly itineraries are being submitted on time.
Ensure smooth relationship with fellow sales team members to achieve goal of the team.
To work together with Customer Service, Operation to ensure service excellence.
Ensure interpersonal relationship with other departments such as sales coordinators/operation and finance.
To share valuable market information within team and the network for management strategic decision making.
Carry the image of the organization in public relation/during sales calls and bring pride to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
