Human Resources Coordinator for our El Monte, CA client. In the
HR Coordinator role, you will be responsible for maintaining the department's infrastructure, executing Company policies and procedures, as well as supporting department manager in assigned areas of HR functions. They are seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking for a fast paced environment in a publicly traded company.

Job Functions- Reinforce company policies and rules.
- Update company forms for style consistency and compliance.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and follow-up coaching as needed.
- Manage onboarding for new hires and personnel changes in Paycom.
- Assist with time keeping corrections and attendance tracking for payroll processing.
- Participate in recruitment process, including applicant record tracking, phone screenings, candidate mining, and researching alternative candidate sources.
- Facilitate benefits administration, including open enrollment; entering enrollments and changes through web portals.
- Draft & update policies, procedures, memos, correspondence, training manuals and handbooks.
- Manage records for job description library.
- Update agendas and calendars.
- Coordinate & conduct training and safety programs.
- Provide guidance and train HR assistants in file maintenance, reporting, and other administrative duties.
- Leaves tracking.
- Participate in Monthly Orientation Luncheon and other events when necessary.
- Take leadership in personnel file audits and maintenance of all records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Licensure and/or Experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field of studies, OR certificate in Human Resource Management preferred.
- 2+ years of HR administration experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of basic Labor Regulations, HIPAA compliance requirements, Wage & Hour law.
- Experienced user of HRIS and Payroll systems
- Personal computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, G-Suite & etc.
- Typing ability (50+wpm preferred).
- Write well with correct grammar and spelling.
- Communicate with confidence and clarity.
- Follow instructions and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal or no supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to handle and resolve minor recurring problems.
- Ability to learn and utilize new information and knowledge.
- Ability to find and use resources effectively.
