BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, an "AV" rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD and Richmond, VA, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team! We are hiring legal support professionals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and challenging work. Positions are full time (currently hybrid remote and in-office positions). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team! Our Rockville office is Metro accessible (Red Line - White Flint Station), and provides free employee parking.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team and individually to perform legal support tasks as directed by supervisory staff;
- Review and enter data accurately into several database systems;
- Prepare case documents and other legal forms for client review or court filing;
- Process cases and assist attorneys and managerial staff with managing case files;
- Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus;
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required;
- Ability to effectively communicate via e-mail and phone is a must;
- Previous mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate or law firm experience is a plus, but not required;
- An ability to work in a paperless environment;
- Business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
