Job Title: Showroom Sales Administrator Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay Range: $18.00 $22.00/hour Hours: Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM This position will remain open until
12/30/2024, or until the position is filled, whichever is later.
Brief Position Summary: As part of the showroom sales team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day organization of customers quotes, specs, order status, appointments, and greeting customers. This role is expected to provide excellent customer service while supporting the clerical needs of the showroom team.

Responsibilities & Duties: Primary:
- Analyzing data given by showroom sales associates
- Inputting data into bid prep software
- Becoming a subject matter expert: navigation software, searching, tips/tricks, accuracy
- Entering data from quotes into my plumbing showroom
- Navigating and searching for products within the system
- Creating images, and specs from data to show customer a complete package
- Delivering technical information to contractors based on specs created
- Review previous days appointments to determine customers that showed up or need to follow up with
- Tracking quotes daily via spread sheet tracker
- Add notes, follow up, notate successes, completion date/time etc.
- Responsible for maintain data and communicating customer needs to showroom sales team
- Monitoring order status is Eclipse
- Accessing real time status of orders; ordered, picked, shipped, delivery, etc.
- Communicate with sales team to confirm open order status and next steps
- Taking credit card payments over the phone
- Tendering and balancing transactions
- Frequently reviews current brochures, flyers, magazines etc. to ensure current information
- Restocking of materials as needed
- Researching and ordering current market materials
- Gather appointment information from showroom team and company calendar
- Input all appointments for the day on the digital board located in the showroom
- Notate who has appointments, names of customer and the time of the appointment
- Greeting all walk-in customers
- Complying with procedures rules, and regulations
- Collaborating and participating with marketing programs and initiatives
- Maintaining current product literature
- Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed
- Participating in the identification and implementation of process improvements
- Regularly evaluating methods, looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency
- Reporting any unsafe conditions to your supervisor
- Additional duties as required
As Required:
- Attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks
- Keeping current on changes and trends in designs, methods of construction, equipment, materials, and costs
- Demonstrating the application of skills learned
- Working with manager to determine developmental needs that relate to Rampart and its goals and objectives
- Ensure warranty requirements and responsibilities are understood by the customer
- Courteously handle customer returns
- Maintain currency on product and technical knowledge as well as current construction trends
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Education, Skills, Training, & Experience Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ years of Sales, Interior Design, Plumbing, and/or Customer Service experience.
- Ability to develop in-depth product knowledge of plumbing products
- Understanding of aesthetics involved in design for the plumbing of residential homes
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned projects
- Customer service skills
