Responsibilities include maintaining office organization, managing invoices and receipts, handling bank deposits, and keeping accurate financial records. The role also involves answering phones, and using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and our accounting system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Manage invoicing, receipts, and bank deposits
- Update and maintain inventory and accounting systems
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for record-keeping and reporting
Qualifications:- Minimum:
- 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Accounting background
- High School Diploma/GED
- College degree preferred
