Description
- Manage payroll operations using UKG
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Process corrections, deductions, and increases as necessary
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data
- Prepare reports for upper management and auditors
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
- Continually improve payroll procedures to increase efficiency
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed

Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist- UKG should have:
- Proficiency in UKG payroll software
- International payroll experience a huge PLUS
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
