What are your everyday tasks if you join?
- Plan the monthly macro schedules of the assigned feeds maximizing the rating delivery.
- Ensure competitive grid according to the brand and program models.
- Strengthen channels/slots and increase ratings based on annual goals.
- Ensure requested commercial inventory (if/where necessary).
- Bring new initiatives how to further strengthen our channels, act like a brand manager
- Be Familiar with the content library of the assigned channels, monitor market trends and competitors' programming strategy.
- Work closely with the Head of Kids Channels to develop programming strategy.
- Monitor viewership data (SHR, AMR etc), analyze the ratings by slots/program titles as well as competitors’ grids and deliver regular/ad-hoc presentations.
- Create the final monthly grids and all support materials.
- Initiate (cross) promotional opportunities, make promo orders and supervise usage.
- Prepare the highlights’ presentations, discuss content part of special promos.
- Support preparation of marketing campaigns and search for extra marketing opportunities.
- Follow quota requirements, prepare reports on regular/ad-hoc basis.
- Keep documents, database up to date, maintain records accurately.
- Work closely with the Schedulers and other departments (Affiliate Sales, AdSales, Creative Service, Marketing, PR) on designated channel related activities.
What working conditions can you expect?
- The position is for definite 2-year term, full-time, working 8 hours a day.
- We work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

When should you apply?
- If you have knowledge of the television market, at least 5 years of experience in Programming, preferably Program Planning;
- If you have a strong understanding of the target audience, market trends, competitors' programming strategy as well as familiarity with the international market for shows/brands related to the designated genre;
- If you speak and write English at a professional level; second language knowledge (Romanian/Czech/Slovak/Polish/Serbian/Slovenian) is an advantage
- If you are familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Word at a high level;
- If you have experience in managing complex tasks;
