We have an immediate opening for an Operations Auditor to work in our Operations team located in Portland, OR. This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Position Responsibilities: • Audit local driver hours • Audit daily fuel report • Review Idle report • Research and track drivers that bobtail into a preload facility - report to Jesse and Stephanie for driver, DM, and/or Planner coaching • Research and approve driver detention requests • Review and research accessorials • Morning reports (Deadhead, Penske Usage, and Dormant Trailer) • Coordinate with Safety and Maintenance to track equipment damages • Review truck wash receipts • Auditing driver layover requests Qualifications: • Skilled with computers, including Windows and Microsoft Office and AS400/ TMW • Able to quickly learn new programs and processes • Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing • Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance history • Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities • Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills • Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions • Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization • Comfortable in a high-pressure environment Compensation & Shift: • Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift position • Starting wage of $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications • Benefits o Medical insurance o Dental insurance o Vision insurance o Life insurance o 401(k) with employer match o PTO If you'd like to join our team, please reply to this ad with your current resume detailing applicable experience.
