Your Role as a Banquet Captain:

What We're Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams, particularly in hospitality or event management.
- Customer Service Excellence: A strong background in providing top-notch service, with a minimum of three years in the industry.
- Certification: City of Boise Alcohol Server Certification is required.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm Under Pressure: You remain composed and effective, no matter how busy things get.

Physical Demands of the Job:
- Event Ready: Capable of carrying and balancing trays at shoulder height, navigating through a busy event space with ease.
