Desirable Practice Setting: Outpatient role at a health center in rapid growth, recently expanding services such as optometry and rheumatology and breaking ground on a brand-new, state-of-the-art infusion center.
Work-Life Balance: Flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule, no weekends
Culture and Support: Strong support for Rheumatology from an RN (Spanish bilingual), Pharmacist, 1 prior authorization specialist for the Pharmacist and a biller
Optimal Patient Volume: Approximately 14-16 patients daily to ensure quality care

Competitive Compensation : $300,000 guaranteed base salary plus performance incentives, with significant earning potential as you grow within the practice.

Degree: M.D./D.O.
