Senior Finance Manager/Finance Director – Consumer SaaS – NYC – Hybrid A rapidly-growing omnichannel brand that’s exploded onto the scene due to their proprietary technology is looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Director to join their team. This newly created role will lead a blend of FP&A and Strategic Finance initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will take full ownership of the operating model, strategic planning, and all aspects of FP&A. The company office is in New York City and is operating on a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in the office per week. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for FP&A and strategic financial planning while acting as a strategic advisor to all business leaders Sustain growth via strategic finance, providing analytical insight, pricing analysis, product-road mapping, user acquisition, and revenue maximization through capital allocation Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to provide comprehensive analytics and transparency throughout the organization Lead due diligence, modeling, and relating analysis leading up to investor meetings and future capital raises Prepare and present information for quarterly meetings with the Board and investors Develop financial models to assess M&A opportunities and conduct/coordinate financial diligence of potential transactions Requirements: 6 years of corporate finance experience, ideally with a foundation in investment banking Experience offering informed financial strategy decisions through a consulting, IB, or investor relations related role Proficient in working with all financial statements, forecasting, and budget planning Strong proficiency in working cross-departmentally and assisting with all areas across an organization Salary: $150,000-220,000 Equity The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.
