LHH is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Billing Accounts Receivable Analyst for our client in Houston, Texas. This is a direct hire, fully onsite position. Job Description: As the Billing Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a critical role in the organization by overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes. You will be a trusted advisor to executive leaders, providing expert guidance on denials and collections. You will be essential in making assessments, providing recommendations, and leading a dedicated team to success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the revenue cycle accounts receivable analyst, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Analyze and address denials and collections, implementing strategies to improve outcomes. Provide expert advice and recommendations to executive leaders on revenue cycle improvements. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance revenue cycle performance. Monitor key performance indicators and report on revenue cycle metrics. Qualifications: 7 years of revenue cycle experience. Expertise in denials and collections management. Extensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and medical terminology Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas. Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 annually plus bonuses
