Contract: Through the end of 2025 Hybrid: Chicago, IL Available for Contract & Contract to Hire Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance strategy. Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PAM team. Identify and mitigate risks related to privileged access. Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (NIST, ISO 27001). Develop training programs on PAM principles for employees and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PAM governance. Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance. Define KPIs and metrics to measure PAM governance effectiveness. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in identity governance and PAM. Familiarity with identity management tools like CyberArk. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices. Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in process improvement and creating metrics and dashboards. Ability to run SQL queries and analyze project details. Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance is a plus.
