We have a fast paced and fast growing client that is looking to bring on a Technology Business Analyst that will be a key player in the rollout of their new system. This role will involve Hybrid Work: Onsite work on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach , with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the PAS. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and configuration. Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions. Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors. Facilitate communication and collaboration across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and IT departments. Work closely with vendors and IT teams to configure the PAS according to documented requirements. Ensure the system supports key functions like policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, billing, and reporting. Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to validate the system. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users and ensure data integrity during migration. Create training materials and system documentation for end-users. Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the PAS across the organization.
