Responsibilities: Manages multi-million dollar AR portfolio ensuring specific performance objectives related to delinquency, bad debt write-offs, and DSO are consistently met for their region. Independently determines which customer to contact, how frequently, and which techniques to apply in order to meet their department objectives. Successful management of their region includes knowing when to recommend service suspension. Required to interpret contracts and lead efforts required to resolve a customer dispute. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience, excel modeling, business partnering, ppt presentations, financial systems experience (IBM/Anaplan/Tableau/ect).
