Our client is working with us to identify a talented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst. We're looking for a seasoned analyst with a robust understanding of financial planning and data analytics to drive superior business results. Key Responsibilities: Manage the FP&A framework, including budgets, forecasts, reviews, and ad hoc analysis. Analyze and present business results, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with the accounting team for financial close processes. Drive improvements in all areas of responsibility. Use data analytics to review business and industry data, including KPIs. Utilize financial modeling for key business decisions. Manage project, process, and operations documentation. Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance. MBA Preferred Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics tools and Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented, critical thinker with strong presentation skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management. Autonomous worker with a high degree of initiative. Manufacturing business experience is preferred.
