Financial Analyst We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance group. The role will provide thoughtful analysis, feedback, and guidance to Senior Management. Job Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis and decision support to Senior Management. Engage with partners at all levels to gather insights, information, and influence business decisions. Create and develop forecasts, models and additional reports as needed. Build and maintain reporting analysis for the company’s lenders. Monitor financial performance, research variances, and identify risks and opportunities. Proactively and effectively communicate financial information to executive level leadership and develop executive level presentations. Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis across all lines of business working collaboratively with internal and external business partners. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or analytics-related area. Relavant experience in finance or analytics-related role. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to develop financial models to evaluate projects, revenue streams, etc. Possesses a strong understanding of the business and proactively engages with partners to support the business while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Flexible and able to anticipate change and respond to daily operational needs and priorities with agility. Energetically embraces new thoughts and ideas, focuses on continuous improvement efficiently. Demonstrated presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals of all levels within the organization. Demonstrates strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities and manage time Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
