ERP Business Analyst - LHH Technology LHH Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Business Analyst to join our supply chain team. This hybrid role, based in Ontario, CA, offers a flexible work arrangement with two days of remote work per week. The ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and process optimization within our supply chain operations. Top Must-Haves: API, 3PL, and EDI Integration experience Experience with user support and training 4 years of experience with system integration methodologies, data mapping, and data exchange protocols (e.g., EDI, API) 4 years of experience with Deacom, Acumatica, or NetSuite ERP, SAP Bachelor's Degree Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in CPG or food and beverage manufacturing Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular system maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues, minimizing disruptions to supply chain processes. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users by addressing system-related queries and issues promptly. Assist in training supply chain personnel on system functionalities, processes, and best practices. Develop user guides, manuals, and training materials to enhance system understanding and adoption. Process Management and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identify areas for improvement. Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Propose and implement process automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve performance. System Enhancements and Testing: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their system requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Participate in system development projects, including system design, testing, and implementation. Conduct thorough testing of new functionalities to ensure reliability and compatibility with existing infrastructure. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize supply chain system data to conduct analysis and generate insights on operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key supply chain metrics. Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. General Responsibilities: Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities. Participate in identifying, planning, and executing financial/business process improvement initiatives. Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data. Conduct ad hoc analysis for business partners and senior management as required. Undertake other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in system support or administration, preferably in a supply chain environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems. Experience analyzing and optimizing processes using process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose effective solutions quickly. Familiarity with system integration methodologies, data mapping, and data exchange protocols (e.g., EDI, API). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support. Proficiency in creating flow charts and documenting business processes. Previous experience with Deacom ERP is preferred.
