Job Title : Senior Financial Systems Analyst Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our client's team. This role offers flexibility with 100% remote work or the option to work from the Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background combined with expertise in financial systems, process automation, and data analysis tools. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, implement, and optimize financial systems and processes. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations. Ensure compliance with financial standards such as Statutory, GAAP, or IFRS, with a preference for IFRS knowledge. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Provide insights into financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a liaison between IT and Finance teams, ensuring seamless system integration and functionality. Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and related financial tools. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience (not entry-level). Experience with IT systems, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of IFRS (preferred), Statutory, or GAAP standards. Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Strong communication and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
