LHH is partnering with a client in the education industry looking for a Financial Analyst on their FP&A team. This role will play an integral part in the quarterly business review process and provide financial analysis to support the organization's growth. Responsibilities: Create KPI dashboards to provide insights into business performance Develop and deliver financial reports for business units Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to prepare detailed analysis and insight to influence strategic business decisions Monitor monthly performance, analyze data drivers, and deliver actionable insights to improve strategies and smarter decision making Assist in preparing quarterly financial forecasts and shaping the annual operating plan Streamline and enhance the quality of the budgeting and forecasting process Identify variances and provide actionable solutions Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting 2-4 years of financial reporting, planning & analysis experience. Public Accounting experience a plus Proficient in data visualization, financial modeling, and analytical tools such as: Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau. Experience with Hyperion / BPC or other financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting tools is a plus proactive mindset in identifying improvement opportunities Ability to work independently and cross functionally with other business areas including sales, IT, engineering, and human resources
