Coda Search is partnering with a global entertainment company that is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst with offices located in Beverly Hills, CA. This role would sit within the global sports division where the Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders preparing budgets, forecasts, KPI's analysis, and customized reports for senior leadership on various projects. The role would require someone with strong financial modeling skills – modeling out 3-5 year projections of contracts and key performance drivers. This role works closely with well-known NBA, NHL, and NFL athletes and various other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making. Provide detailed financial analysis to support the company's organic growth and acquisition strategies. Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination with various departments. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, etc) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information.
