We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Perform financial analysis and modeling. Creating financial reports Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including variance analysis Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the broader objectives of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, MBA or CFA designation is a plus. At least one year of experience in financial analysis Strong proficiency in financial modeling with advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
