Addison Group, in partnership with our building materials company client in Irvine, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Compensation/Benefits – Salary range can increase up to $120,000/year depending on qualifications. Our client supplements base compensation with a bonus and health and wellness benefits. SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key partner to regional operations senior leadership to drive the financial planning and reporting of the business including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions Develop and lead annual Financial Planning/Budgeting process across the assigned regions including creating detailed branch level budgets Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance, and provide recommendations for achieving targets Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations Present clear and concise results, including processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Required Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis Current or prior employment at a large company Proficient with Excel modeling Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Strong oral and written communication skills
