Responsibilities You’ll be working as part of a wider analytical team to support delivery of new customer credit strategies, commercial objectives and improved customer experience. Funnel analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the customer acquisition funnel for accounts booked through an aggregator, identifying key stages of customer drop-off and conversion. Develop actionable insights to optimise the conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. Pricing Optimisation: Analyse aggregator data to assess the competitive landscape, including the ranking of offers and competitor pricing strategies. Leverage this analysis to recommend and implement pricing optimisations that maximise competitiveness, improve conversion rates, and drive profitability. Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the aggregator funnel. Provide clear, data-backed recommendations to improve the customer journey from the first touchpoint to account booking. Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Support development of customer segmentation strategies specific to aggregator channels. Identify and target high-value customer groups that are more likely to convert, and tailor strategies to their unique behaviours and preferences. Reporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports on funnel performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategic changes. Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests or other experimentation methods to assess the impact of different strategies or interventions on funnel performance. Use test results to drive continuous improvement. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all strategies and initiatives comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, especially regarding customer data and privacy. Ensure quality and consistency in the customer experience through aggregator channels. About you Ways of Working Proactive automation of work, to allow more time for analysis and impactful change. Your Experience Exposure working with varying datasources (bureau and openbanking data would be a plus). Foundational understanding of how credit cards work Strong coding skills (e.g. Python / SQL), with a focus on structure and automation Experience building insightful MI Good presentation skills, using the data to tell a story Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively, communicating proactively Excited about defining the foundations and best practices to allow automation and smart solutions for our customers.
