Senior Analyst Location: London, 2 WFH days a week Compensation: £60,000-£80,000 Benefits Looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in customer and marketing analytics to join a dynamic fintech team. In this role, you will focus on understanding customer behavior, optimising marketing efforts, and driving actionable insights to support retention, acquisition, and engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyse customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, and retention trends. Develop actionable strategies to enhance customer acquisition and reduce churn. Segment customers based on behavioral and transactional data for personalized campaigns. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify success factors and areas for improvement. Provide insights to optimise marketing spend and improve ROI. Build dashboards and reports to track key customer and marketing metrics. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Technical Skills: SQL: Proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets. Python: Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualisation. Data Visualization Tools: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus. Required Experience: Proven experience in customer analytics and marketing analytics within the fintech industry. Strong understanding of fintech products, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
