As the HR Systems Manager , you'll join a dynamic team of HR professionals to: Drive Insights: Use Tableau (or similar tools) to create interactive dashboards that inform business decisions. Enhance Systems: Oversee system upgrades, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with vendors to optimize adaptability. Support Teams: Provide training and support to stakeholders, ensuring seamless system use and functionality. Champion Innovation: Manage iTrent HR/payroll software and lead system implementations with a focus on continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring: Expertise in iTrent and analytics tools like Tableau . Strong data analysis skills paired with a strategic mindset. Experience in HR management and system implementations/upgrades.
