We're hiring a Principal Data Engineer to help build a scalable, privacy-first platform that's transforming mental health assessment Location: London (hybrid, ideally 1 day per week in-office). What you’ll do: Design and implement a robust, scalable data infrastructure for AI/ML models. Build data pipelines for structured/unstructured data from multiple sources. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to create clinician-focused tools. Own and enhance existing data engineering processes while ensuring scalability, security, and privacy. What we’re looking for: Strong experience in Python , PostgreSQL , AWS , and Airflow . A proven track record in building scalable data infrastructure and managing large datasets. Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and data privacy best practices. A passion for creating impactful solutions in a mission-driven environment.
