If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing: Building and maintaining reliable, scalable data pipelines using tools like SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, and PySpark. Leading the integration of complex data systems to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and trustworthy across platforms. Implementing CI/CD practices to automate and streamline data processing workflows. Working closely with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions. Guiding and mentoring a team of data engineers to deliver top-notch results on every project. Setting up and maintaining best practices in data governance, security, and compliance to keep things safe and efficient. Fine-tuning data retrieval processes and creating dashboards and reports to help business teams make smarter decisions. Exploring and adopting the latest tools and technologies to keep the data engineering function cutting-edge. What We’re Looking For: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You bring at least 6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with strong skills in SQL, Python, and big data tools. You know your way around cloud platforms, especially Azure Data Factory and AWS Glue. You’ve worked with Databricks and Snowflake, and you’re confident in designing solutions with these tools. CI/CD and DevOps aren’t just buzzwords to you—you know how to apply them in real-world data workflows. You’re a natural leader with experience managing and mentoring teams. Juggling multiple projects? No problem—you’ve got the project management skills to keep everything on track. You’re a pro at solving problems and thrive under tight deadlines. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others. You understand data architecture concepts like data mesh, data lakes, and data warehouses.
