The E-Commerce Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting in back-office functions necessary to support sales growth through new and existing e-Commerce partnerships. Duties for this role include daily monitoring of partner orders in our ERP as well as customer portals, answering customer inquiries, exporting data from portals and assisting with item submission process via Excel files and external portal work. This position requires Microsoft Excel proficiency as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases. Additionally, critical thinking, problem solving and high attention to detail are essential to the success of this role. This role is instrumental in maintaining current E-Commerce partnerships as well as assisting in the strategic growth of this department.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet including the following knowledge:
- Microsoft Excel: Editing and creating spreadsheets and ensuring the highest level of accuracy. Proficiency in utilizing filters, v-lookups and other key formulas in order to generate efficiencies
- Microsoft Outlook: General understanding of email function, adding attachments and managing Outlook calendar
