We're looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Membership Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our membership base, retaining existing members, and enhancing our impact in the child care sector.
Position Overview:
The Regional Membership Development Manager will focus on recruiting and closing new ELV Alliance members, building strong partnerships, and ensuring top-tier service for current members. You will help to develop strategies for national growth, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and be an advocate for ELV's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales: Recruit new individual and group members, re-engage lapsed memberships, and manage a diverse prospect pipeline.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Establish and nurture partnerships with national organizations to expand ELV's reach.
- National Strategy: Form and manage a strategy to scale ELV's services across the country.
- Customer Retention: Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships and improve member retention.
- Presentations & Outreach: Conduct field, phone, and online presentations to prospective members, effectively communicating the value of ELV.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to create and implement sales plans and marketing materials for national growth.
- Salesforce & Reporting: Maintain and manage Salesforce and other data tools to track sales progress and operational effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community agencies to generate leads and support.
- Content Creation: Write blogs and white papers to increase visibility and promote ELV's impact.
- Webinars: Host educational webinars to provide valuable resources to the network.
- Project Management: Ensure that all activities align with project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the organization's goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to build rapport and develop relationships with potential members and partners.

- Proven experience in membership recruitment and sales.
